FAQ ( Frequent Ask Questions)
1) How do I enrol myself to the program?
You can enrol yourself by visiting http://www.anzuniversity.com/ and click “Sign Up” button on the top right corner.Complete the signup process, and an activation link will be sent to your email.
2) When do classes start?
All courses are independent and thus you can start anytime after you have enrolled yourself to selected course(s).
3) How long will it take to complete my course?
ANZ Online works best in Mozilla,Firefox, Google Chrome, or Safari browsers. Including smart phones & tablets
4) What pre-requisite qualifications are required?
All ANZI courses are designed suchthateven beginners with no experience in pertaining subjects can get off to a fast start toward an exciting new career. As long as you can read and write in functional English, possesses average intelligence, you should be able to complete any course we provide with no major difficulties.
5) I have not been in school for quite some time, is it going to be an issue?
No, it would not be a problem as per No. 4.
6) Do I need to prepare myself any extra books or studying materials?
ANZI provided study materials are sufficient for learners to understand the knowledge intended to be delivered by each course. Of course, learnersare encouraged to refer to extra studying material for self enhancement.
7) How long each course is going to take / What is the time limit to study each course?
As per No. 3 above, every course enrolled into has an active registration of six (6) months. ANZI’s courses are meant to be free and easy for learners, so there is no limit to time per login session within the registration period.
8) How long after I have passed my exam will I be given the certificate?
Right after you have passed the online exam, ANZI will notify you of your success, and will issue your e-certificate of the respective course to you within a month.
All our certificates issued have a Unique Serial Number, which will be archived and accessible from our website for verification of authenticity.
You will be able to print your e-certificates at your own cost should you wish to do so.
9) What is the passing threshold for exam of each course?
Every course requires the learner to score at least 70% to be certified.
10) What if I do not complete the course within the registration period/did not complete the assessment?
You will need to register into the programme again if you did not complete the programme within the initial six (6) month registration period.
We offer re-registrations at various levels for a reduced registration time, and at reduced cost for learners to review the content and take the assessments to complete the programme for certification.
The options and add-ons will be given to learners upon request by emailing to [email protected] .
11) How do ANZI online Courses Work?
All online courses are structured and designed based on best practice in industries so that all of the course content traditionally delivered in the classroom is delivered online. Course materials may be accessed by means of our Learning Management System (LMS) found at www.anzuniversity.com
The course syllabus will show the schedule and requirements of the course.
12) How can I access ANZI Online Courses?

13) How can I get help with questions or technical problems?

14) What is the difference between ANZ University and ANZ Institute/ What is the relationship between www.anzinstitute.com and www.anzuniversity.com ?
ANZ Institute Pty Ltd is the company that owns, creates and supplies content to ANZ University, which is the name of our LMS, and www.anzuniversity.com hosts all the course information, learning material and content, our ANZ University Forum, programme registrations and access to payment.
ANZ Institute’s website, www.anzinstitute.com , is our company website with information on ANZ Institute, and can be contacted for more information on ANZ Institute’s other programmes and activities.
15) Is the quality of online courses the same as campus-based courses?
ANZI Online courses are held to the same high standard as our face-to-face courses, and are facilitated by our experienced faculty with industry and professional experience. Questions are answered in a timely manner, and lively conversations are conducted on the online Forum. You will feel that you are part of a dynamic learning experience, just as in a traditional on-the- ground course.
16) Are College of Professional Studies online programs accredited?
All online programs and courses are accredited by the ANZ Institute, Australia
17) How much is tuition? Are there extra fees?

18) What else can I expect with taking ANZIprogrammes online?
- Expect to spend at least as much time (and possibly more time) on an online course as you would on a traditional course.
- Be flexible and creative. You may find that it helps to print out reading materials, rather than reading them on the screen. Some students form online study groups with fellow class members.
- Use the Internet as a teaching tool; many times, answers to your questions about the subject can be found on the Internet.
- Get comfortable with your smart devices as learning tools - browsers, e-mail, plug-ins, and any software being used in your course(s) - as soon as possible. When coursework becomes demanding, you will not have the added burden of trying to learn to use these devices well.
- Get help early! Ask questions as soon as you can. Don't delay asking your instructor for help if you need it! Use the additional support resources available to you.
- We highly recommend accessing the online Forum upon your registration!
19) How is the exam like?
- Every course has one exam. Each question has between 2 and 8 options. You have to choose one or more correct answers.
- There are no penalties for incorrect answers, so you are encouraged to attempt all questions.
- You can review and change your answers before final submission.
- There is no partial marking! If any question has more than one correct answer, you have
- toselect all correct answers to score for that question.
- Unanswered questions will be counted as wrong answers.
- You must answer all questions before the time duration shown on the top clock out.
- You can't resume the exam.
